Police investigating after man found dead in South Shore Hospital parking lot
The man was found unresponsive Saturday afternoon in the back seat of a car parked at South Shore Hospital.
Police are investigating after a man was found dead in a parked car Saturday afternoon at South Shore Hospital in Weymouth.
Weymouth police and State Police responded to the hospital at around 2 p.m. after the unresponsive man was spotted in the back seat of the car, according to the Norfolk District Attorney’s Office. The man’s name has not yet been released.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner is scheduled to perform an autopsy Sunday to determine what caused the man’s death. Though the circumstances are currently unclear, Boston 25 reported that there was a single bullet hole through the car’s front windshield.
