Academy Award-winning actress and producer Jessica Chastain has reportedly been spotted at Harvard University — not to film a movie, but to take classes.
Chastain, who starred in “Interstellar” and “The Help,” is pursuing a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government, Variety reported.
Harvard’s graduate MPA program is two years long and has a “flexible” curriculum, according to its website. Students create their own 64-credit study plan based on their professional and personal goals.
Chastain, 48, attended Sacramento City College from 1996-1997 and the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in 1998. She graduated from Julliard School in 2003 with a BFA in drama.
After graduating from Juilliard, Chastain began her acting career, appearing in franchises like “ER” and “Law & Order.”
Chastain won a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress for “Zero Dark Thirty” in 2013 and an Oscar for Best Actress for “The Eyes of Tammy Faye” in 2022.
Her next film appearance will be in “Dreams,” a movie about a wealthy socialite and a Mexican ballet dancer falling in love that is set to be released in October 2025.
