5-foot snake discovered in N.H. bathroom
The python escaped from its apartment and entered another unit in the same building.
A 5-foot python was discovered in an apartment bathroom in New Hampshire on Monday, according to the Derry Police Department.
Police responded to the unit at 83 East Broadway and contained the “docile” creature, Derry Police Captain Vern Thomas told Boston.com.
Authorities later confirmed the snake belonged to residents of a neighboring apartment in the building and arranged for them to retrieve the snake.
It is unknown how the snake got out of its apartment and into another resident’s bathroom.
