A plane was towed off a runway at Boston Logan International Airport after it experienced an issue Wednesday afternoon, officials said.
The Republic Airways plane reported the issue at around 1:30 p.m., according to a Massport spokesperson. The aircraft landed “without incident” but needed to be towed off the runway.
Massport didn’t specify the nature of the issue, but it caused flights at the airport to be grounded, NBC10 Boston reported. The ground stop was lifted by 3 p.m. Wednesday.
