Grandmother, mother, infant hospitalized after being struck by car in Concord
The three pedestrians were taken to nearby hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries, according to police and fire officials.
A grandmother, a mother, and an infant were all hospitalized Monday after they were struck by a car in Concord, officials said.
At about 1:40 p.m., the Concord Police and Fire Departments responded to a report of three pedestrians struck by a vehicle near the intersection of Old Marlborough Road and Williams Road, Concord Police Chief Thomas Mulcahy and Concord Fire Chief Thomas Judge said in a joint statement.
The three pedestrians, a grandmother, a mother, and an infant, were taken to two nearby hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries, according to the statement. The driver, a 41-year-old man, stayed on the scene and cooperated with police, officials said.

Concord police are investigating the crash, and charges may be filed, according to the statement.
