Zakim Bridge crash shuts down 3 lanes during rush hour Tuesday morning

No one was injured.

A four-car crash on the Zakim Bridge shut down three lanes of northbound traffic Tuesday morning. 

Local News:

Massachusetts State Police officers responded to the crash on the bridge around 6:30 a.m. this morning. There were no reported injuries, according to a statement from police. 

The three right lanes of the motorway were closed until 7:15 a.m. while tows cleared the scene. 

“All lanes now open,” the Massachusetts Department of Transportation wrote on X.

No other information about the crash was immediately available.
