An investigation is underway after a large section of scaffolding collapsed on the South Shore on Tuesday morning.
Friends of Quincy Firefighters IAFF Local 792 shared a photo of the reported scaffold collapse on its Facebook page. It happened at a construction site at Washington Street and Edison Street in Quincy.
“Please avoid the area,” they wrote.
Quincy firefighters who were on scene said all workers were accounted for.
No other information has been officially released as of early Tuesday afternoon. No injuries or deaths have been reported.
