Taunton 14-year-old seriously injured in motorbike crash
A 14-year-old Taunton resident sustained serious injuries Tuesday after a collision with a car, police said.
A 14-year-old Taunton resident was seriously injured Tuesday in a collision with a car, police said.
On Jan. 21, the Taunton police and fire departments responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Somerset Avenue and Silverwood Drive, the Taunton Police Department said in a statement.
Police found a Toyota Corolla and a Kayo mini-motorcycle at the scene. The 17-year-old driver of the car was not injured, but the motorcycle driver was taken to a local hospital for his injuries, police said.
Taunton police are investigating the crash. The department did not provide further information upon request.
