Officials described her as a Black woman, standing about 5 feet tall and weighing around 145 pounds. She has a thin build, short black hair, and brown eyes, police said.
She was last spotted wearing a black hat, black jacket, grey cargo pants, and red and white sneakers.
Police noted that she reportedly has a history of mental health complications.
