Boston police are investigating the death of a pedestrian who was fatally struck by a car early Wednesday morning in Roxbury.
Police said officers responded to the scene at Malcolm X Boulevard and Tremont Street around 5:42 a.m. for a report of a person struck by a vehicle. The victim was pronounced dead.
The department’s homicide and fatal collision teams were called to the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
