There will be a service disruption on the Green Line due to track work starting Friday, transit officials say.
The MBTA announced that there will be no train service between Medford/Tufts, Union Square, and Park Street from Dec. 6 through 20.
Authorities said riders can use shuttle buses between Medford/Tufts and North Station and use the Orange Line downtown.
However, there will not be shuttle service at Union Square — the MBTA advised riders to use bus routes 86 and 91 instead.
