Police said the man has repeatedly ridden his mountain bike on the park trails, slapping women from behind before riding away.
There have been five reported incidents over the last several days, authorities said, and the department is investigating the incidents.
Authorities describe the suspect as a white man, approximately 30 years old, 5-feet-11-inches tall, wearing all black clothing and a white N95 type mask, the statement says.
