New Hampshire authorities are searching for a vehicle in connection with a hit-and-run that killed a bicyclist last week in Manchester.
Manchester police said officers responded to the crash around 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday. At the scene on Central Street, they found a 71-year-old man on the ground with a serious head injury. He was taken to a local hospital where he later died from his injuries, police said.
Police said witnesses told officers they saw a black Nissan Rogue that may have had veteran’s plates collide with the bicyclist in the intersection. The driver allegedly did not stop after the crash, continuing east on Central Street.
Police released images of the vehicle allegedly involved and asked that anyone with information contact officers at 603-668-8711.
