Cambridge man dies in I-93 crash in Boston
The man's Jeep Compass rolled over early Saturday morning.
A Cambridge man is dead following a single-vehicle rollover crash on Interstate 93 in Boston early Saturday morning.
Robert Smith, 59, was the driver and sole occupant of the 2015 Jeep Compass that crashed, State Police said. He was not wearing a seatbelt and pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said Smith’s Jeep, traveling north, hit a wall just before Exit 17 and came to rest on its passenger side. The crash remains under investigation.
