Authorities are investigating a rollover crash in Waltham that left the driver dead on Sunday night.
Waltham police responded around 11:43 p.m. to High Street, east of Moody Street, to a report of a car that had rolled over in a crash, police said in a statement. First responders extricated the driver and passenger of the car, transporting them to Lahey Clinic.
Police said the driver was pronounced dead at the hospital and the passenger was treated for serious injuries that were not life-threatening.
No other vehicles were involved in the crash, and police said the investigation is ongoing.
