Anonymous 911 call leads police to dead man in Framingham home

The man had "apparent trauma to his body," authorities said.

Authorities are investigating a “suspicious death” in Framingham.

At about 6 p.m. Wednesday, Framingham police received an anonymous 911 call and responded to a Fenwick Street residence, the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office said in a statement Thursday afternoon. Officers located a deceased man inside the home “with apparent trauma to his body,” authorities said.

A search warrant was later executed at the home, and the case has been referred to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to confirm the man’s identity and determine his cause of death.
