Police are searching for a 40-year-old woman who was last known to be in the Berkshires but whose car was found in Maine on the same day.
Daniel “Fae” Barbone was last seen in Williamstown, Mass. on March 7, Massachusetts State Police said in a press release Tuesday. Barbone’s car, a black Ford Fiesta, was reported to be parked on a street in Augusta, Maine, on the same day. The car has a Massachusetts plate with the number 259TB2.
Barbour is described as white, 6’2” and 180 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a light blue sweater and black leggings, police said.
Barbour often frequents the Island Pond Campsite in the North Maine Woods, according to the press release.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts are asked to contact the Abington Police Department at 781-878-3232.
