Make way for ducklings, MBTA says, after delaying Green Line train
A baby duck was on the tracks, which caused 10-minute delays on the Green Line near Science Park for 30 minutes.
The MBTA delayed trains for 30 minutes Thursday morning to help a baby duckling off the Green Line tracks, the agency said on social media.
Around 9:20 a.m., the T told commuters to expect 10 minute delays on the Green Line between North Station and Science Park. They said they helped a baby duck off the tracks.
30 minutes later, the delay was cleared, the T said.
One commuter snapped a picture of the scared duckling.
