Two people were found dead at Moxy Boston Downtown hotel Monday, police told NBC Boston.
Boston police responded to the hotel at 240 Tremont St. at approximately 12:22 p.m. Monday, a spokesperson confirmed to Boston.com.
Suffolk County District Attorney Kevin Hayden said in a press conference outside the hotel that there was not believed to be any threat to the public.
Hayden said the investigation was in its early stages but that he believed the crime scene was on the 13th floor of the hotel and that an employee reported the deaths, according to NBC Boston.
The bodies were that of a man and a woman, CBS News reported.
There was no information released about the identities of the people who were found dead or how they are believed to have died.
