A 15-year-old was arrested in connection with an armed robbery of a pizza delivery driver in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Boston last week.
Boston police said that two teenagers brandished a black handgun at a Domino’s pizza delivery driver just before 2 p.m. last Wednesday. The two teens forcibly took the delivery driver’s bag of food in the “targeted” robbery near 21 Woodglen Road, police said. The two fled on foot.
Police said they located the 15-year-old near the Fairmount Housing Development the same day as the incident. The teen ran, but police said he was in custody about 15 minutes later. With a search warrant, police also found “evidence of the crime” at his home.
The teen is facing a delinquency to wit: armed robbery charge in Boston Juvenile Court.
The other boy is still at large, police said. They are asking anyone with any information to call detectives at 617-343-5607.
