Boston police ask for public’s help identifying Brighton armed robbery suspect

The 7-Eleven on Washington Street was robbed around 11:46 a.m. on Tuesday.

Boston police are asking for the public’s help identifying the suspect in the armed robbery of a 7-Eleven in Brighton on Tuesday.

Police said the robbery, at 587 Washington St., took place around 11:46 a.m. Police released photos of the suspect, who they described as “a male, seen wearing a dirty black jacket, dirty black pants, black boots, a black mask, and blue gloves.”

The suspect showed a gun during the robbery, according to police.

“Caution is advised if encountering him,” police said.
