Update: 14-year-old girl missing from Dorchester found safe

Update: Taliah McDonald-Francis has been safely located, police said Friday morning.

Boston police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 14-year-old girl named Taliah McDonald-Francis who was reported missing Tuesday, according to a missing person alert.

She was last seen in the area of 197 Centre St. in Dorchester wearing a black jacket, khaki pants, and carrying a burgundy backpack, according to the department.

Anyone who sees Taliah is urged to call District C-11 detectives at 617-343-4742 or 911.
