Police ask for help locating missing Dorchester man

Boston police issued a missing person alert for 48-year-old Juan Torres of Dorchester on Wednesday.

Torres was last seen at 6 p.m. Dec. 20 near 2 Albion St. in Dorchester, according to a statement from police.

Police described Torres as 5-foot-7, weighing 230 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, a black and white Michael Kors sweater, jeans, and tan boots.

Police also noted he was suffering from depression.
