Some large tree branches crashed down in Dorchester Sunday, taking a light post and utility wires with them.
An SUV was crushed during the incident on Willis Street, according to WHDH.
Mark Anthony Johnson told the news station he saw the wire and tree branch hanging, and went to grab his keys so he could move his car. But when he got back outside, it was too late, describing that “the tree just snapped and then the whole tree just fell on top of my car.”
There weren’t any injuries reported, but three cars or more were damaged in the incident.
Johnson said it had rained prior to the tree branches falling, but it hadn’t seemed to cause that kind of tree damage.
“It was not strong at all,” Johnson said of the weather.
