Three people were seriously injured Friday morning at a Norwood apartment complex after they fell about 25 feet off a ladder.

The Norwood Fire Department said it received a 911 call just after 11 a.m. reporting that multiple people had fallen off a ladder in the 400 block of Buckminster Drive at the Windsor Garden apartment complex.

When first responders arrived at the scene they found that two of the people were in critical condition and the third was in serious condition, according to the department.

One person was taken by Medflight to a Boston trauma center, another was taken by ambulance into the city, and the third was taken to a local trauma center, according to fire officials.
