A married couple died in a Stoughton crash Monday night when their motorcycle collided with a Toyota Corolla, according to the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office.
Al Pedro, 50, and Aldina Pedro, 51, both of Stoughton, were on a Harley Davidson motorcycle heading north near 1317 Washington St. (Route 138) when they collided with the sedan, driven by a man in his early 60s who was traveling southbound, just after 8:30 p.m., officials said in a statement Tuesday.
“Although the crash reconstruction and analysis report is not complete, there were initial indications at the scene are that the collision occurred in the northbound lane,” the statement says.
The driver of the Corolla, whose identity has not been released, was brought to a local hospital for evaluation, according to the district attorney’s office.
No charges had been issued and the investigation remained ongoing as of Tuesday morning.
