Three people were hospitalized, including a Boston police officer, following a crash in Roxbury early Monday morning.
Stephen McNulty, a department spokesman, said the collision happened around 3 a.m. at the intersection of Blue Hill Avenue and West Cottage Street.
A police report with details of the crash was not readily available later Monday morning, according to McNulty.
Boston 25 News reports the crash involved two vehicles, which both received front-end damage, and that the police cruiser’s airbags were deployed.
Boston EMS transported one person by advanced life support ambulance and two others by basic life support ambulance, a department spokesperson said.
McNulty confirmed an officer was brought to an area hospital with minor injuries.
