‘Praying for her safety’: Calls for help grow in search for missing Dorchester woman
Abigail Jenkins was last seen Wednesday, Oct. 28.
Boston police are investigating the disappearance of a 19-year-old Dorchester woman, who was last seen leaving her home on Wednesday, Oct. 28.
Abigail Jenkins was reported missing two days later, and police are now conducting an “active investigation,” a department spokesperson told Boston.com Monday.
The spokesperson declined to provide the address where Jenkins was last seen, although a growing social media effort launched in hopes of locating Jenkins, 19, indicates she was last seen on Bowdoin Street.
It’s getting so emotionally draining to keep seeing Black Women a going missing in Boston.
