Five teenagers were taken to the hospital Saturday after the car they were traveling in flipped over and landed on its roof, ejecting three passengers.

The overnight crash happened on Hartford Avenue South in Upton, police said in a Twitter post. The vehicle was carrying five teens between the ages of 13 and 15, though police did not say who was driving the car.

Officers said the three teens who were ejected on impact suffered non-life threatening injuries and were taken by EMS to local hospitals for treatment. The other two teens, police added, were able to exit the car after it flipped and family members brought them to nearby hospitals for evaluation.
