2 ‘buck naked’ dog-walkers were arrested in Hopkinton, police say

“It wasn’t the typical day in Hopkinton, that’s for sure."

Two people are facing multiple charges after they were allegedly found walking a dog while they were naked in Hopkinton Monday morning.Police were called to Hayden Rowe Street around 6:30 a.m., and, when officers arrived, they allegedly found a 32-year-old woman and a 30-year-old man nude and walking a black dog, according to the MetroWest Daily News.“It was kind of wild,” Hopkinton police Chief Joseph Bennett told the newspaper. “It wasn’t the typical day in Hopkinton, that’s for sure. They were buck naked.”When asked simple questions, like why they weren’t wearing clothes, the two were reportedly unable to answer, or didn’t.When they were told they were being placed under arrest, the two took off on foot, Bennett told the Daily News. A struggle reportedly ensued; eventually officers gained control of the two, and they were arrested.The woman and man are facing charges of indecent exposure, assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest, disturbing the peace, and disorderly conduct, the newspaper reported.

Of the dog, Bennett had kind words.

“According to the officers, she is a very good dog,” the chief told the Daily News.
