Local landmarks like Fenway Park, City Hall, and more are lighting up their facades with lights, heart symbols, and messages of hope in honor of those working and struggling through the coronavirus pandemic.

Three professional drone operators shot aerial footage of some of the nighttime displays on Tuesday.

The video, called “Love from the Hub,” was produced by Michael Holzwarth, John McCarthy, and David Murdoch. Holzwarth previously flew his drone to shoot a “wicked vacant” Boston a few weeks ago.

Holzwarth said he was inspired to shoot the video after seeing Instagram posts of lit-up landmarks from the #LoveFromBoston campaign, a citywide collaboration organized by the Greater Boston Convention & Visitors Bureau earlier this month. The team at the bureau says it was motivated to start the campaign after noticing local hotels independently displaying symbols of support in their windows.
