78-year-old Maine man dies immediately after voting
Medical personnel couldn't revive the man on scene, state police said.
A 78-year-old Maine man collapsed and died just after casting his ballot at the Blue Hill town office, state police said in a news release. The man was treated on scene by medical personnel but could not be revived.“Voting at the town hall was suspended for a time as first responders attended to the stricken man,” officials said. After about an hour passed, voting resumed.The man’s identity has not been released yet.
