Forms filled out online need to be submitted by midnight. If you’re planning to mail in a form, it must be filled out, signed, postmarked no later than Feb. 12, and delivered to your local election officialRegistering to vote in-person, you can go to any local election office, or the Elections Division of the Secretary of the Commonwealth’s office during business hours today. When you fill out a voter registration form in-person, it will be valid the day it’s signed. While you must be at least 18 years old to vote, in Mass., you can pre-register to vote at age 16. Anyone hoping to pre-register can use any of the options above, and once submitted, will have their names added to a list of other pre-registrants.
