Driver charged with OUI after car rolls off Storrow Drive, becomes wedged against building
The 23-year-old Boston man is set to be arraigned in Roxbury District Court.
When authorities responded to a rollover crash on Storrow Drive early Monday morning, they found a Nissan on its side, propped against a building, and the driver uninjured.The driver, however, is facing a drunken driving charge, among others.State police were called to the scene – Storrow Drive eastbound at Clarendon Street – around 2:20 a.m. and found the 2019 Nissan Rogue against the building at Clarendon and Back streets, according to a news release.
Troopers from State Police-Boston responded to a rollover crash on Storrow Drive outbound this morning. There were no injuries. The scene has been cleared.

Devansh Kumar, 23, of Boston, was allegedly operating the vehicle and was the only person inside. Police believe Kumar was speeding when the Rogue hit a retaining wall. The vehicle then rolled over and hit the building, the release said.
Kumar was arrested and taken to the state police barracks in Boston, where he was given a breathalyzer test. He was then charged with operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation, speeding, and a marked lanes violation. He’s slated for arraignment in Roxbury District Court, according to the release.
