Roughly two dozen dogs have been removed from a home where multiple foster children were allegedly abused.
WCVB reports that Susan and Raymond Blouin were breeding Old English bulldogs and had a breeding business called “Bella Bulldogges.” Authorities told the news station that the Blouins don’t have a kennel license and can’t legally keep more than four dogs in their home.
The dogs are now being examined to determine their health.
The Blouins, along with Philip Paquette, Susan Blouin’s ex-boyfriend, are facing child abuse-related charges from when the Blounis’ house was used as a foster home.
