Woman found dead near Athol wastewater plant identified
Authorities have not released a cause or manner of death.
The woman found dead at the entrance of an Athol wastewater plant has been identified by authorities as Kelsey Clifford, 26, of Leominster.Authorities found Clifford’s body early Monday, and said they believed her death was “criminal in nature.”A cause of death has not been released, and officials haven’t said if any suspects have been identified.
