A 14-year-old girl was hit by a car in Revere while heading to trick-or-treat. The driver is being charged.

A Lynn man is being charged after he allegedly struck a 14-year-old girl with his vehicle in Revere when she was crossing the street with friends en route to trick-or-treating.Wilvins Rosirus, 32, is being charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended license, according to a statement from the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. He’s scheduled for arraignment in Chelsea District Court on Friday.The girl was struck around 8:15 p.m. near American Legion Highway and Beach Street, the statement said. She was brought to Massachusetts General Hospital and is said to be in stable condition.“She was bleeding from her mouth really bad,” Aya Benouardia, a witness, told WCVB. “She got hit pretty bad.”
