Worcester police looking for tattooed man who asked 9-year-old to get in his truck, followed her
The man was described as white with a sleeve tattoo on his right arm. He drove a green pickup truck.
Police are searching for a man who reportedly tried to lure a 9-year-old girl into his truck Wednesday in Worcester.
While the girl was walking home from school near Prospect Street, the man began blowing kisses toward her and asking her to get in his green pickup truck, according to a release. He then got out of the truck and began following her.
The girl ran home and is safe, but police are looking into the incident and ask that anyone with information on the man call 508-799-8651 or send an anonymous text to 274637 TIPWPD. Anonymous tips can also be submitted at worcesterma.gov/police.
