The death of a child just shy of 2 years old is under investigation in Loudon, New Hampshire.
Police received a report of a deceased child at a home on School Street just before 4 a.m. Wednesday, according to a release from the New Hampshire Attorney General’s office.
The child, who was 23 months old, was pronounced dead at the scene.
New Hampshire’s associate medical examiner completed an autopsy, the release said, but the child’s name and cause of death are not being released at this time.
