State police are investigating two deaths on I-95 in Attleboro and North Attleborough that happened around the same time Monday night in separate incidents.
A 50-year-old man was found dead around 9:45 p.m. in the southbound lanes in Attleboro after an apparent pedestrian hit-and-run, according to a release. The vehicle that hit the man has not been identified.
About 15 minutes later, a car traveling north on I-95 rolled over into the woods, killing its driver, a 19-year-old Attleboro man. The crash happened in North Attleborough near the Attleboro line, the release said.
The 2005 Toyota RAV4 apparently veered off the edge of the road, overcorrected, and ended up rolling into the woods on the right side. No other vehicles were involved.
The incidents happened near Exits 1 and 5, respectively.
