Woman struck and killed in Hadley identified

Authorities have identified the woman who was fatally struck by a vehicle in Hadley early Friday morning.Sara Pepper-Sullivan, 58, of Hadley, was hit near 53 Bay Road just after midnight, according to the Northwestern District Attorney’s Office. Pepper-Sullivan was taken to Cooley Dickinson Hospital and pronounced dead.The driver stayed on scene; no charges have been filed, authorities said.
