There is no danger to the public, according to the Middlesex district attorney’s office.
An investigation is underway into the death of a woman in Tewksbury. The Middlesex district attorney’s office said in a statement released Sunday night that the “death investigation is underway” on the town’s Archstone Avenue. The Boston Globe reports a suspect was arrested and will be arraigned Monday in Lowell District Court. “The investigation suggests that there is no danger to the public,” the DA’s office said. The body of the woman, whose identity has not been released by authorities, is in the custody of the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, which will determine the cause and manner of death, authorities said.
