A lucky Arlington statistician won $1 million on a scratch ticket — again
Steven Felsher also won $1 million in 2016.
An Arlington statistician just won a $1 million prize from the Massachusetts State Lottery — for the second time.
Steven Felsher won his first million in July 2016, according to a release. He purchased both of his winning tickets at Broadway Market in Arlington, which receives $10,000 each time it sells a $1 million winning ticket.

Just like last time he won, Felsher has opted to take a one-time payment of $650,000 before taxes.
He plans to go on a vacation with his family as well as buy a new camera and new phones for him and his wife, Paula, the release said.
Felsher won his latest prize playing the $10 instant game “$4,000,000 Payout” and his previous one playing the $20 instant game “$10,000,000 Diamond Millionaire.”
