Boston police officer hit by a vehicle in Jamaica Plain
The incident is thought to have happened around 12:15 p.m., police said.
A Boston police officer was struck by a vehicle in Jamaica Plain near Hyde Park Avenue and Ukraine Way around 12:15 p.m. Monday, police said.The officer’s injuries are thought to be nonlife-threatening, according to Officer Stephen McNulty. He was brought to a nearby hospital.Police believe, preliminarily, that he was working a detail at the time of the crash.
