N.H. girls hit by BB gun while walking home from school, suffer minor injuries
The shots came from a passing vehicle, witnesses say.
MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) — Police in Manchester, New Hampshire, say a teenage girl walking home from school was shot in the face with what appeared to be a BB gun.
The 14-year-old girl was taken to the hospital with minor facial injuries on Thursday. A 13-year-old friend was hit in the upper thigh. She, too, was taken to the hospital.

Witnesses said the shots came from a passing vehicle, described as a gold, two-door car, possibly a Toyota with a black stripe on the rear window. Three people were believed to be inside.
