A pedestrian was struck and killed near a Route 1A onramp in East Boston early Wednesday morning, according to police.
Authorities responded to the vehicle crash at William F. McClellan Highway and Curtis Street around 1:59 a.m., Boston police Officer Kim Tavares, a department spokesperson, told Boston.com.
