Man taken from Cambridge park with ‘head trauma’ dies at hospital
Authorities have not released the man's name.
A man in his 60s found with “apparent head trauma” in Danehy Park in Cambridge Wednesday evening died after being taken to a hospital with “life-threatening injuries,” according to the Middlesex District Attorney’s office.Police were called to the scene on the New Street side of the park just after 7 p.m. for an “unresponsive” man. He was then transported to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries, District Attorney Marian Ryan’s office said on Twitter.

Law enforcement is continuing to investigate. Circumstances surrounding the incident, as well as the man’s name, have not been released.
