Manchester, N.H. police arrest parents of child treated for gunshot wound

The parents of a 7-year-old Manchester, N.H. child who suffered a gunshot wound Thursday night have been arrested on child endangerment and other charges, police said.
Miguel Roman, 30, and Jennifer Puglisi, 29, are due to be arraigned Monday in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North, Manchester police said in a statement.
Roman was charged with reckless conduct, falsifying physical evidence, and endangering the welfare of a child or incompetent. Puglisi was charged with reckless conduct and endangering the welfare of a child or incompetent.
They were arrested without incident on Friday at 39 Walnut St. in Manchester, the statement said.
Manchester police responded at about 8 p.m. to a local hospital on Thursday at approximately 8 p.m. for a report of child with a gunshot wound.
Officials started an investigation and obtained arrest warrants for Roman and Puglisi, according to the statement.
No further information was immediately available.
