New Hampshire man pleads guilty to trafficking fentanyl

CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — A man has pleaded guilty in federal court in New Hampshire to fentanyl trafficking.

Court statements released Friday say 27-year-old Arthur Voutselas, formerly of Nashua, sold small quantities of cocaine in January to a cooperating individual working with law enforcement. In February, a judge granted a search warrant for his home. Authorities found 76 grams of fentanyl, over $10,000, a scale, ledgers and bagging materials.

Voutselas has been in custody since Feb. 21. He pleaded guilty to possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute and is scheduled to be sentenced on Oct. 26. He also will forfeit nearly $13,000 to the United States.
