A ball python was found at a Brookline playground

Are you missing your ball python?Brookline police responded to a report around 3:49 p.m. on Tuesday that there was a snake at the Lawton Playground in town. “Someone reported they saw a snake,” Officer David Cheung told Boston.com. “I responded, and I took possession of the snake and transported it to the Animal Rescue League of Boston.”Cheung said this wasn’t the first time he’s delivered ball pythons found in Brookline to the animal shelter. He removed two near the Emerald Necklace last year. Anyone with information about the snake is encouraged to contact the Animal Rescue League or the Brookline Police Department.
